pavel把运动员的综合体适能训练的逻辑讲明,给了很好的新视角下的体系。 另外不觉得有哪里吹壶铃,力量训练基础还吹杠铃贬非对称动作训练呢,作为读者主要是学习广为应用却在“健身”领域很少提及的训练思路和方法,没必要太带入对作者的情绪。
