why did i buy this??? 完全无法replicate而且装B嫌疑过重而且热量过高

极喜欢每份食谱给出不同人数的的分量,更喜欢除了作者体贴细心为家庭厨房设计的菜单。更难得这么成就的厨师,能把每道菜的做法用极简明的方式展示的一清二楚,很难得
容易上手
大部分菜谱在国内都挺好落地的,而且书里还有不少料理基础知识,家庭料理入门者必备。
补。当年从英国背回来的一块砖头。从基础高汤到酱汁讲得简洁又详尽。经典的几款前菜、主菜和甜点能排列组合出好多套家常宴客皆宜的3-course set。西餐食谱书里难得的实用入门之选。
